Surveillance and Discrimination are on the rise but done so cleverly through advanced research. The Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) has announced in a military news technology magazine I have subscribed to, that future technologies are now for sale, distributed to military firms and "entrepreneurs" in the private sector. The one-page, about 7-paragraph completely reptitious article only details that it is an advanced technology (and "ENTRPRENEURS" MAKES IT all okay--yes, if you can make money off it as a white male and female and nazi minion investor, you are exempt from all. The page reiterates in very smooth-jargon that it is adaptation, AI and other technologies to be added to "mature" technologies already in field. No mention in any sense of what this technology is, not a shred of description only the same patterns of descriptors so rather than one, brief paragraph, it's a 7-paragraph formated-for-publication style. The point is that intentionally information on any relevant scale has been cleverly omitted.

The solicitation, issued through DARPA Commercial Strategy within the agency director’s office, focuses on innovative solutions derived from DARPA-funded research programs that are mature enough for commercialization and transition into defense and civilian markets.
Under the initiative, DARPA aims to strengthen the U.S. industrial base, increase the speed and number of DARPA technologies reaching the market, and facilitate U.S. private investment into Department of Defense (DoD) capabilities. The agency is encouraging commercialization efforts that can address operational capability gaps, support government missions, and provide broader economic or civil-sector benefits....
