"Welt am Draht" (German=World on a Wire) by Rainer Werner Fassbinder, v a few trailers of Black Mirror (USA). The clip below (Trailer for Season 7) directly is a replication of the same plot by Fassbinder, made entirely as conception (as far as I can tell) by Fassbinder, directing, writing, creation and the same sort of "plot" of someone being transposed (really teleported) into a world of AI replications of human beings, in a diverse unreality portal mimicking reality where the twain are so infused t hey become inseparable. Everyone plays with the memory game of denying that human beings ever existed, in one world versus the next. I find it perhaps not so odd that the theme from the earlier Fassbinder film (series, actually another long tv series) is almost a replica of the U.S. similar version of alternate realities where people get mentally and otherwise screwed into perception of reality in either of the various planes of existence. The future of technology is the true theme. I should watch the series, I have been searching for something that is not so hard on my brain for concentration due to endless nightly drugging and poisoning and detox, all combined into my poor beleaguered brain/body continuum but, even if the "plot" for Black Mirror is seemingly deceptively "easy" to follow, there appear to be multiple dimensions embedded in the plot, if the viewer cares to delve into the rabbit hole (or take the red or blue pill, which ever you prefer as an analogy metaphor). Just to state WHY I consider R. W. Fassbinder one of the more unrecognized geniuses, with his many movies still only on the more "fringe" yet, each one a sort of gem of introspection and awareness of the frailties of the assurances of human supremacy and superiority that has become a paradigm in German culture due to the Nazis (or earlier paradigms as well) outspoken analyzed. He was called "crazy" when I lived in Germany by many of the more "legitimate" types (students I taught at Berlitz, for example).//Now I have at least 7 series of new actors who will rush to abuse attack me in the alternate reality of teleportation because I want to watch t his series. These actors NEVER learn the lessons that they project in these films, movies, tv shows, songs and written expressions of societal interpretation.

I just finished watching another R.W. Fassbinder (written, directed, Produced genius work of art film called "In a Year with 13 Moons". One recommendation that Fassbinder had upon an annoyance interview at Cannes (when he won best film for Angst Essen Seele Aus/Fear Eats the Soul) was that film, great film, should never resemble a tv product for mass consumption.
This film, in comparison to the movies for "free" I can't chose from because they are so celluloid in appearance to tv show commercial status of meaning, depth, profundity, but glossy finished products with your endless rotation of movie stars, shooting killing mocking society mafia psychopathy endlessly portrayed as a seeming "moral story" but glorifying it nevertheless through "reverse psychology".
Fassbinder even touches on the last condemning sentence I wrote above with his film, "Love is Colder Than Death" and also, of course, the status of women not merely in a crime gang sense of the traditional variety (and probably that standard has not changed much more since the advent of "feminist" flicks, in the bottom line bottom position sense)
Yet the contrast could not be more profound in the "message" being eluded to in most of Fassbinder films.
Hope Black Mirror can somehow achieve a similar state of awe if I can get past the few series to the 7th. Many of the very long-winded epics by Fassbinder, such as Alexanderplatz which focuses on domestic violence to the point of brutal murder and love for fascist abusers is a theme never alluded to in American film that I have ever seen as openly but nuanced explicated in Fassbinder themes, and yet, the same force applies and controls much of the same celluloid-structured base of the American version of film "greatness".
Perhaps that Fassbinder was homosexual and many of his films revolved about sexuality and openness and acceptance of various gender, race and sexual norm violations leading to severe consquences for the protagonists of each film turn the audiences of superficially pristine American audiences off. Becoming "aware" of these cultural forces is whitewashed to such a great extent that I find it extremely hard to eek out any meaning whatsoever in most of the films and I find only subverted extreme racism and sexism contained in the cheesy and really not-deep renderings out of ole H-wood (especially in contrast)
but now in my Social Security |SSI disability funds cut off so this group can manipulate, torture threaten me with homelessness death and more extreme violence poured upon my body because eventually all my saved money and stimulus money will run out.; The healing modalities I could barely afford I now am not able to once more due to this group blocking all access to every survivability mode possible on the planet for me (telecommunications blocking me from survival and every other facet of business correspondence and life-sustainability is monitored blocked poisoned drugged denied health care, etc as I have fought moved in a non-stop migration to find any security on the planet any health care any place where there are not vicious Nazi death squads containing white, black and everything in between rushing to vent their hate and hostility out upon me as viciously as they are allowed.
Fassbinder made such films "exposing" such trends in human nature and the organization of society. American films deny, deny deny hide lie make false pretentious absolutions dissolving their complicity constantly.
I will watch all the episodes of Welt am Draht and then, Black Mirror as much of it as I can take to compare. It will give me some time to fight other actors instead of the same old same old that make repeat hate and violence death threat rotations of abuse and torture, poisoning and destruction of my life in all they are capable of rendering through their nasty death squad operatives surrounding me constantly.
No film, no director of the 4th Reich mainstream, which has taken over all avenues of alternative thought and consciousness as far as I can tell from all media being blocked except for the most mind programming heaped upon me
to tell if any gang stalking mind control movies are out there without hateful 4th Reich actors playing the reverse psychology roles
and that is not to say that Fassbinder actors are as elevated as the themes of the movies that Fassbinder wrote, as he stated in an interview, to let the viewer have a view and perspective of the common pain that many people undergo, (and I would add regarding Fassbinder films and the meanings, the pain that they themselves "create" and that they impose upon others to alleviate their power cravings hurts sense of whatever that ails them--etc etc etc)
Hoping that America will allow for openness of creative thought and independence of movie and film production so people like Fassbinder (whatever their "orientation" will be allowed to not have to undergo the massive mind control strainer or meat grinder process of conformity to the mind control authority).
