A classic movie resonates with, not against the grain of time. The themes are identifiable even if from decades past: for once, an actual genius director (not from H-wood) making a movie about fascist thievery against the poor and disenfranchised and being CELEBRATED, APPLAUDED by "higher society" for it; or that is how I frame it in analysis as Fellini was often very disconcordant against the fascist macho doctrine: IL BIDONE (The Garbage Can).
"Il Bidone (1955) Full Movie with subs". Athena Svakianaki. November 20, 2020.
Discovered in frustration at choices (movies) an old Fellini---never heard of it: Il Bidone (The Trash Can)---from the first 10 minutes, I see it's about the rich stealing from the poor--confidence men it used to be called (I think). Scam artists, rip off cons but focusing on the hard-working poor. Probably this film, unlike all the movies glamorizing wealth and fame from Fellini---or denouncing alternatively---this one is probably too "woke radical" for the lexicon of those deemed "relevant"---can't denounce the wealthy for stealing from the poor, now, could we?
What the "anti-woke" critics may (or probaly know) not know is that if H-wood replicated this movie, as they must since the consistency of Nazified Whorewood is thick bigot narrow-minded empty and sleazy rape culture nazi 4th Reich--can only replicate fake altruism and must steal from the poor (me) to get any original ideas whatsoever--taking and then mutilating raping using technology and then they put that sucking machine into power to steal and rob even more---always protected and adored--if they came out with any similarity to this film, it would be heartless nazi actors, minorities strugging to play victims of racism while fervently proving how Nazi they are in private to get the role (i.e. as antisemitic as possible for the planned genocide to STEAL MORE--but also from the wealthy. First, must disenfranchise the wealthy Jews, make them poor and then when NOBODY defends them, a la euro-hateland back in the Nazi daze, then STEAL AND KILL). Oops, but for now, they are making so-called "woke' movies with nazi actors and their minions playing victim rising to fight racism (only for blacks by the way in movies--all nazis attacking me for roles stealing my money my body my energy my ideas and sucking draining)
watching this movie--shows how the public LOVE the thieves the bigots how they are applauded by society--especially those looking for tips, handouts and gratuities and those striving to climb up as well. If anybody asks how "America got to the point it's at now" then watch this flim. Fellini was a rare critic of fascism and the Nazi partnership and the effects on society.
