As a major "variable" in what we call "judgment" when it is correctly applied to jurisprudence should always be rational and evidence-based factual conclusion. This is the aim, not always functionally applied. Yet, I try to recall what I had studied when I make my analyses and try, try desperately usually failing to make a case for how deadly mind control is and how it is affecting everyone, even if they believe they are "entitled" and part of the 4th Reich: One of the favorite subjects I studied in my Criminal Justice courses---and loved this shift in thought which I try to utilize--it does fly out the window somewhat in the heat of mind control attacks while under nervous-system and brain attacks, but nevertheless, it is an extremely critical form of brain pattern control that was developed out of The Enlightenment---supposedly developed by Francis Bacon (?) and made more famous by Sherlock Holmes fiction-----(deductive reasoning for logical conclusions).

Apply logic, observation and record patterns to achieve a judgment--(if really conducting an actual research, comparative data-sharing with other researchers, to confirm or refute the hypothesis, and field observation and longitudinal studies---but just to make the conclusion of a judgment (after 3 years) that there is something rotten in the State of the United States should have been a rational conclusion based on the evidence. I heard a lecture by all the males who dominate all the top positions stating that the Insurrection Clause does not apply because of the wording of the 14th Amendment in regard to which civil servants are liable for prosecution, bypassing in toto the Impeachment Clause above-cited in the Constitution, not the Amendments but even more to the core of the Republican Constitutional framework, as intended, to rout criminal politicians from colluding with enemies of the State, whether Foreign or Domestic. The Insurrectionists have actually turned the Constitution upside to claiming that they represent the Constitution, yet they have NO FACT backing up their claims, they have a mass mob of violence. I have heard from political analysists that the word "Democracy" REALLY means "Mob Rule" and that is exactly what the Insurrectionists use as their main force of manipulating politics and courts and society (plus mind control programming done on a massive scale).

One of my predictions regarding Israel has come true: I wrote in one of my many blogs/posts on Facebook, at least thrice, that a religious theme park would be built in Israel due to the displacement of Palestinians and the result of the Nazification/British Israelism/Christian Identity movement pushing the conflict on both sides. O.J. did identify with Black activism when he played a role about violent resistance being preferable to peaceful demonstration to KKK activity. Richard Burton as the lead star of the film. He made activist statements (O.J. I am referring to) and "fought the Man" in the film as a rep for Black Rights. The film was made in the 70's. O.J. was married at that time to a Black woman (contentedly, as she claimed there was little friction in the marriage even thought they divorced). This clip from the movie shows O.J. playing a violent extremist/terrorist for Black activism rather than quiet and peaceful protests and lectures. The advocacy of violence as a weapon against racism preferable to any equal justice movement where debate is futile and the system is forever rigged. That is the gist of the clip and the movie is about racism. Like so many, O.J. got brainwashed into trying to live the wealthy elite lifestyle of Brentwood and LA but the violence was sublimated nevertheless and it came out eventually due to the falsity of the stress of appearing like he enjoyed playing the inter-racial good guy role.
