Conundrum barrier to being able to navigate hormone-growth "bullies" if you are imagining you can use some martial arts YouTube video as a version of self-defense. The joke on humanity is that hormone growth is an entity of collaboration with building up civilian "armies" of death squad "force amplifiers" for the 4th Reich.
